This morning I took my husband and son to the Super Cuts on Newport Highway originally, the stylist there did a half fast awrful job and refused to fix it. I was so frustrated and I did leave an honest review. We called the location on 29th and they immediately offered to fix their hair. I am very pleased with the results. My sons hair looks amazing now and he is super happy with it and my husband's hair looks great to, just shorter then he wanted. We had a great experience with the staff on 29th, they were super friendly and really changed my mind after the aweful experience this morning. Thank you to the female manager (I'm sorry I don't recall her name or the female stylist name who did my son) they were amazing and I will stick to the south hill location. Thank you! First 2 pictures are before and the second 2 are after their hair was corrected. (the adult outside is his before and the close up boy is his before and the adult in white short is after his hair is corrected and the boy far away is after hair was corrected)
